At Burnet Machining Inc., we utilize state-of-the-art CNC machines to produce some of the finest products possible for our clients. One advantage specifically includes cost effective short / long runs, meaning setup can be quickly achieved while turnaround times are shortened. Every type of material can be machined by the CNC mill. Similarly, by using multiple-axis machines, we are able to accommodate a wide range of manufacturing needs for our customers such as production of almost any type of shape that’s required. Our CNC milling department utilizes Kitamura machining centers and state of the art CAD/CAM software to machine precision parts. Capable of working in dimensions of 13″x19″x15″ and with spindle speeds up to 15000 RPM, our Kitamura Mycenters are capable of machining a wide variety of metals and plastics with incredible accuracy. Coupling these machines with our CNC indexer enables us to cut costs by reducing the number of set-ups needed to handle multiple operation jobs.
